Renault CX Vision – Buy & Use

AI-generated films exploring the future of customer experience

For this project, Renault Group commissioned a series of internal vision films to present its Customer Experience strategy to top management, covering the full customer journey, from purchase to daily use.

I designed and produced two complete films, Vision Buy and Vision Use, using generative AI as a core production tool, combined with traditional motion design and compositing in After Effects.

An AI-driven, production-grade workflow

• Storyboard
  Narrative structure, shot sequencing and camera intentions were defined upfront using Nano Banana Pro, enabling fast exploration of ideas while keeping strong control over pacing and storytelling.

• Visual development
  Photorealistic environments, characters and key frames were then generated with Nano Banana Pro, serving as high-fidelity visual references and continuity anchors for the films.

• AI video generation
  Final shots were produced with VEO 3.1, generating realistic video sequences directly from the approved visuals, with precise direction over camera movement, timing and character behavior.

• Motion design & interfaces
  All digital interfaces (apps, in-car screens, dashboards, notifications) were designed and animated in After Effects, then carefully composited on top of the AI footage to ensure clarity, realism and brand consistency.

• Editing & finishing
  The films were edited and polished to match Renault Group standards, with a strong focus on rhythm, legibility and executive-level storytelling.

Two complementary visions

Vision Buy
A seamless phygital purchasing journey, from online configuration to dealership delivery, designed to make complex service ecosystems instantly understandable without voice-over.

Vision Use
A digital companion for everyday mobility, showcasing charging, route planning, connected services, proactive maintenance and fleet management, including future-facing experiences made tangible through AI.

Why it matters

This project demonstrates how generative AI tools such as Nano Banana Pro and VEO 3.1 can be integrated into a real, end-to-end creative production pipeline, delivering high-level vision films that combine speed, realism and creative control.
